This full-time position is responsible for managing all aspects of a busy Outdoor Adventure Center (OAC), college rockwall and ropes course. This position is a day, evening and occasional weekend position and is responsible for educational, social and cultural programming as well as revenue and program generation for the OAC. The position works collaboratively with faculty members in the Outdoor Recreation and Tourism program. Some evenings and weekends re- quired. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in an appropriate field; other credentials or significant and relevant experience may be considered. Desired: Master's degree in an appropriate field, four years' experience, CPR, first aid, problem solving skills, excellent oral and written communication skills, budgeting, and project design and management.
